§ 70.11 MOTOR TRUCK RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   Definitions. For the purposes of this section the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      MOTOR TRUCK. Every motor vehicle designed, used or maintained primarily for the transportation of property, which holds a license plate classification of F through Z pursuant to Section 3-815(a) of the Illinois Vehicle Code, ILCS Chapter 625, Act 5, § 3-815(a).
      TRUCK TRACTOR. Every motor vehicle designed and used primarily for drawing other vehicles and not so constructed as to carry a load other than a part of the weight of the vehicle and load so drawn, which holds a license plate classification of F through Z pursuant to Section 3-815(a) of the Illinois Vehicle Code, ILCS Chapter 625, Act 5, § 3-815(a).
   (B)   Truck route restrictions. The required truck route for motor trucks and truck tractors traveling to and from the facility located at 306 East Third Street, East Dundee, Illinois, shall be: Third Street to Barrington Avenue to Route 68 to Route 72/Main Street.
   (C)   Signage. The Public Works Director is hereby authorized and directed to erect and maintain specialized traffic signs in order to give notice of this regulation.
