Except as stated in this section, or unless a different meaning of a word or term is clear from the context, the definition of words or terms shall be the same as that applied to the same words or terms in the Environmental Protection Act (ILCS Ch. 415, Act 5) or Section 1100.103 of Title 35, Subtitle J, Chapter I, Part 1100 of the Illinois Administrative Code hereby adopted by reference in these performance standards and the following terms shall have the meanings as ascribed below:
ACT. The Illinois Environmental Protection Act (ILCS Ch. 415, Act 5) including any amendments thereto.
AGENCY. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
BOARD. The Illinois Pollution Control Board as defined in the Act.
MUNICIPALITY. The Village of East Dundee.
