§ 157.300 SCOPE; APPLICABILITY.

This subchapter applies to all clean construction or demolition debris (CCDD) fill operations that are required to be permitted pursuant to Section 22.51 of the Act (ILCS Ch. 415, Act 5), other than CCDD fill operations permitted pursuant to 35 Ill. Adm. Code 807 or 811 through 814, and to all uncontaminated soil fill operations that are required to be registered pursuant to Section 22.51a of the Act (ILCS Ch. 415, Act 5, § 22.51a).
