§ 58.082 CONSULTANT AND ATTORNEY REVIEW FEES.
   During the course of the Director of Public Works review, he or she may submit the permit application documents to the Village Engineer, Village Fire Inspector, Village Attorney, and/or other technical consultants in order to obtain assistance for the proper review of the permit application. The facility owner/operator shall be notified that technical assistance has been sought in accordance with these regulations. The Village Engineer, Village Fire Inspector, Village Attorney, and/or other technical consultants shall submit their itemized bill for services to the village, which shall transmit a bill to the facility owner/operator. The bill for services shall be at a rate normally charged for such professional services and shall include all travel and other expenses normally charged to the village. The facility owner/operator shall pay the village for the services rendered within ten days after the submission of the bill from the village to him or her.
