(A) The location of GWPAs in the village are defined in Exhibit 2 of Ord. 99-18. GWPA maps are also on file with the Director of Public Works for reference purposes.
(B) In determining the location of facilities within the zones defined by Exhibit 2, the following rules shall apply.
(1) Facilities located wholly within a GWPA zone shall be governed by the restrictions applicable to that zone.
(2) Facilities having parts lying within more than one zone of a GWPA shall be governed by the restrictions applicable to the more restrictive zone.
(3) Facilities having parts lying both in and out of a GWPA shall be governed by the restrictions applicable to the more restrictive zone.
