§ 118.49 PROSECUTION OF OFFENSES AND FINES.

Nothing in the terms of this chapter shall preclude the village from pursuing all other legal remedies available to it to prosecute offenses of this chapter or other laws. In addition to all other penalties described in this chapter, violators of this chapter shall be subject to fines as described in § 10.99 of this code.
