Pursuant to authority granted under "An Ordinance Regulating the Planting, Maintenance, and Removal of Trees, Shrubs, and Other Plants; Creating a Tree Committee; and Establishing the Position of Village Forester of the Village of East Dundee, Illinois", adopted by the Board of Trustees in February, 1994, the Village Forester, having had the advice and assistance of the Tree Committee, established in the said ordinance, hereby promulgates the following as the Village Forestry Standards and Specifications for the Village of East Dundee, Illinois, hereinafter called the Village Forestry Standards and Specifications.
