§ 114.46 APPLICATION.
   (A)   Any person desiring a license hereunder shall make application to the Chief of Police of the village, in writing, which application shall state the purpose, object and time for which the license is desired, the name of the party or parties desiring same.
   (B)   The applicant shall show his or her fingerprints to be taken by the Chief of Police as part of his or her application.
   (C)   No applicant shall receive a license until the fingerprints have been processed through the proper authorities unless the applicant is bonded in the amount of $1,000.
