It shall be the responsibility of the pipe manufacturers to certify that pipe and joint materials furnished are capable of meeting the low pressure air test, infiltration test, and exfiltration test and are manufactured in conformance with the A.S.T.M., A.N.S.I., AWWA, or A.A.S.H.T.O. test(s) specified.
