§ 57.023 CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS.

Construction shall be in strict conformance with the following articles contained in the State Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction:

(A) Article 550.04 - Excavation and Foundation;

(B) Article 550.05 - Plugging Existing Sewers and Drains;

(D) Article 550.07 - Backfilling.
