It is deemed necessary for the safety, health, life and general welfare of the residents and motoring public in the village, that no itinerant business license shall be issued for a place or places proposed to be located at the intersections of any two state highways within the corporate limits due to the nature and volume of traffic, as follows: Rt. 25 and Rt. 68, Rt. 25 and Rt. 72 and Rt. 68 and Rt. 72.
