(A) Licenses may be issued in any of the business zoning classifications found in Chapter 157 of this code of ordinances and the manufacturing zoning classifications found in Chapter 157 will be issued for any residentially-zoned property.
(B) Any structure, motor vehicle, tent, trailer or any means used for the exhibition and sale of any goods by any itinerant business license holder shall be located in a manner that is in compliance with the appropriate zoning setback requirements for the place or location the license has been issued for.
(C) Minimum requirement: setback minimum of ten feet required landscape area or greater depending upon zoning class requirement.
