§ 112.22 USE BY MINORS.

(A) No licensee under this subchapter shall permit persons under 18 years of age to play or operate any cigarette vending machine or mechanical amusement device.

(B) There will be no minimum age for the operation of mechanical amusement devices when such are located in an area or room where no alcoholic beverages are served.
