§ 112.03 CIRCUSES OR CARNIVALS.
   (A)   No person, other than non-profit, shall conduct or operate a circus or carnival in the village without a license.
   (B)   Every person, other than non-profit, conducting or operating a circus or carnival within the village shall pay a license fee as provided in the village annual fee schedule.
