§ 112.01 BILLIARDS AND POOL ROOMS.
   (A)   No person shall operate, maintain or conduct billiard, pool or bagatelle within the village, open to the public, without a license therefor. Every person keeping for use any billiard table, pool table or bagatelle or other table or implements for a similar purpose and open to the public, shall pay an annual license fee as provided in the village annual fee schedule. Coin-operated tables shall be regulated and licensed in accordance with provisions of §§ 112.15 et seq.
   (B)   All pool or ball alleys open to the public are required to be closed for all purposes and cease doing business of any kind at the hour of 1:00 a.m. on weekdays and 2:00 a.m, on Sunday morning, and they shall remain so closed and no business shall be done therein until the hour of 6:00 a.m.
   (C)   Minors under the age of 16 years shall not be permitted to frequent, loiter, go or remain within a pool hall unless at, by or upon some lawful errand and sent by the direction and with the consent and knowledge of the parent, guardian or other person having the legal custody and control of the minor; and the proprietors of pool halls are not allowed to permit minors under the age of 16 years to frequent, loiter or remain within any pool halls.
