§ 70.08 FOURTH STREET RESIDENTIAL PARKING.
   (A)   There are hereby established and made available to the persons set forth herein a maximum of ten "4th Street Residential Parking Permits". Where an authorized "4th Street Residential Parking Permit" is available, upon payment, at the rate set forth in the Annual Fee Schedule, by a resident of any residential dwelling unit or business located in the 300 block of River Street in the village, the person making such payment shall receive a "4th Street Residential Parking Permit" permit which shall allow, without any further payment, such person to park the motor vehicle for which the permit has been issued on 4th Street overnight.
   (B)   No more than two such "4th Street Residential Parking Permits" shall be issued per residential dwelling unit.
   (C)   Purchase of a "4th Street Residential Parking Permit" is an exception to the parking requirement for residential housing units outlined in § 157.051(B)(2)(e) and (K)(3) of this Code of Ordinances.
