Periodically, the Village Administrator or his or her designee shall report to the Village Board of Trustees, prior to the Village Board of Trustee's adoption of the budget and revisions for the next fiscal year, with: recommendations for amendments to this chapter; and proposals for changes to development impact fee rates and schedules.
