§ 154.02 AMENDMENTS TO THE KANE COUNTY STORMWATER MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE.
   (A)   Article IV Chapter 9-83 (C) of the Stormwater Management Ordinance shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced as follows:
   “The minor stormwater systems shall be sized to convey the runoff from the tributary watershed under fully developed conditions for the 10 year storm event. Street inlet capacity shall be provided such that the depth of ponding does not exceed 6 inches nor the width of ponding exceed 8 feet from the face of curb.”
   (B)   Article IV Chapter 9-84 (J) of the Stormwater Management Ordinance shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced as follows:
   “Parking lots may be utilized to provide supplementary site runoff storage volume. The maximum stormwater ponding in any parking area shall not exceed six inches in depth and shall not remain flooded for more than four hours. Parking lots shall be used only as supplementary storage for storms exceeding the ten-year recurrence interval. They shall be located such that the parking lot is a minimum of two feet above the bottom of the primary detention basin.”
