The parking of mobile homes, trailers, boats and any other motor vehicle licensed by the state shall be as provided in the village’s zoning regulations. No licensed vehicle shall be used for sleeping purposes, except that, upon registration with the Police Department, a mobile home may be used for sleeping purposes while parked as otherwise permitted for a contiguous period not to exceed five days per year.
