§ 151.026 BUILDING CONSTRUCTION HOURS OF OPERATION.

Construction or alteration operations shall not be carried on prior to sunrise or after sunset or before 7:00 AM or after 8:00 PM Monday through Saturday and before 8:00 AM and after 8:00 PM on Sunday if accompanied by loud or annoying noises unless provided in writing by the building official.
