“Chapter 1. SCOPE.
Section 101: General.
101.1 Title. These regulations shall be known as the “ICC Electrical Code—Administrative Provisions of the Village of East Dundee” and shall be cited as such and will be referred to herein as “this Code.”
Section 102: Applicability.
102.1.1.1 Exposing of Existing Electrical Systems. Any portion of an electrical system exposed during construction by the removing of the wall covering shall be required to comply with the Code for new construction.
Chapter 10. VIOLATIONS.
Section 1003: Penalties.
1003.1 Penalties. Any person who fails to comply with the provisions of this Code or who fails to carry out an order made pursuant to this Code or violates any condition attached to a permit, approval, or certificate shall be subject to a fine as prescribed by § 151.999 of the village Code of Ordinances. Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense and shall be subject to additional fines.
Chapter 11. MEANS OF APPEAL. This chapter is deleted in its entirety.”
