“Chapter 1. ADMINISTRATION.
Section 101 (IFGC): General.
101.1 Title. These regulations shall be known as the “Fuel Gas Code of the Village of East Dundee” (hereinafter referred to as “this Code”).
Section 108 (IFGC): Violations.
108.4 Violation Penalties. Any person who shall violate a provision of this Code or shall fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof or who shall erect, install, alter, repair mechanical work in violation of the approved construction documents or directive of the Code Official or of a permit or certificate issued under the provisions of this Code shall be subject to a fine as prescribed by § 151.999 of the village Code of Ordinances. Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense and shall be subject to additional fines.
108.5 Stop Work Orders. The Stop Work Order shall be in writing and shall be posted in a conspicuous place visible from the street. Upon issuance of a Stop Work Order, all work shall immediately cease. The Stop Work Order shall state the reason for the order and the conditions under which the cited work will be permitted to resume.

Chapter 4. GAS PIPING INSTALLATIONS.
Section 403 (IFGC): Pining Materials.
403.5.4 Corrugated Stainless Steel Tubing. Corrugated stainless steel tubing shall not be allowed.
Chapter 6. SPECIFIC APPLIANCES.
Section 620 (IFGC): Unvented Room Heaters.
620.1 General. Unvented room heaters shall not be allowed.
620.2 Prohibited Use. This section is deleted in its entirety.

620.5 Room or Space Volume. This section is deleted in its entirety.
