(A) No person shall construct a driveway across any sidewalk without first having obtained a permit therefor from the Director of Public Works.
(B) The fee for a driveway construction permit is as provided in the village annual fee schedule.
(C) Driveways across sidewalks shall be constructed in compliance with specifications which have been adopted by the Board of Trustees and which are on file in the office of the Clerk.
(D) The person maintaining a driveway shall keep it in good repair at the place where it crosses the sidewalk and free from any obstruction or other openings.
