(A) There is hereby created within the village a “Traffic-Control Device File,” which shall be maintained and kept as a separate part from this code for accessibility and simplicity.
(B) The file shall be kept in duplicate, the original to be kept in the Police Department and a certified copy in the office of the Village Clerk.
(C) The file shall be a complete listing of all schedules of designated streets in accordance with the provisions of ILCS Chapter 625, Act 5, §§ 11-208 et seq. and in conjunction with Traffic Engineering Investigations and Studies, where mandated.
