(A) The Illinois Vehicle Code, ILCS Chapter 625, Act 5, with amendments made thereto from time to time by the State Legislature is hereby adopted in its entirety, and made a part of this chapter by reference, with amendments and additions as made thereto by the Village Board, and shall be applicable in the village.
(B) Any person who violates any provision of the Illinois Vehicle Code within the village shall be subject to the penalty provided for violation of this code.
