The village shall annually publish in a newspaper of general circulation within the village a list of industrial users who are classed as being in significant noncompliance (as per 40 CFR Part 403) of any pretreatment requirements or standards during the previous 12 months. The notification may also summarize any enforcement actions taken against the user(s) during the same 12 months.
