(A) Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $25, nor more than $500, for each offense.
(B) Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
(C) The Building Inspector is hereby designated and authorized to enforce this chapter.
