14-5-2: ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUDICATION PROCEDURES NOT EXCLUSIVE:
The adoption by the City of a system of building code and nuisance administrative adjudication procedures does not preclude the City from using other methods to enforce municipal building codes and nuisances, including, but not limited to, relief in the Circuit Court for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, Jo Daviess County, Illinois.
