2-14-6: EMPLOYEE ACKNOWLEDGMENT:
Employees are required to sign a written acknowledgment that they have received, read, and understand this policy, and submit that acknowledgment to the designated administrator. The form that is attached to Ordinance 20-1207, which is hereby adopted by reference as if laid out fully herein, will sufficiently satisfy this requirement upon receipt.
