Each and every violation of any ordinance which is enforced by the city shall be subject to a minimal bail of not less than one hundred twenty dollars ($120.00) except in cases where the minimum fine is less than one hundred twenty dollars ($120.00). In such case the bond shall be equivalent to the minimum fine established by that section. (Ord. 11-0516, 5-16-2011)
