17-2-36: CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES:
In addition to or as an alternative to any penalty provided herein or by law, any person who violates the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a municipal infraction and upon conviction shall be punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Such person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each day during which the violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 05-1110, 11-21-2005)
