Every applicant shall provide for storm water management, unless they file a written request to waive this requirement. Requests to waive the storm water management plan requirements shall be submitted to the city manager's office for approval. The minimum requirements for storm water management may be waived in whole or in part upon written request of the applicant, provided that at least one of the following conditions applies:
A. It can be demonstrated that the proposed development is not likely to impair attainment of the objectives of this chapter.
B. The drainage report requirement may be waived by the city for developments that have less than one acre of land disturbance activity.
C. For all developments, the proposed activity is in compliance with the requirements of the city's floodplain ordinance. (Ord. 05-1110, 11-21-2005)
