17-2-9: APPLICATION REVIEW FEES:
The fee for review of any land development application shall be based on the amount of land to be disturbed at the site, and the fee structure shall be established by the city. All of the monetary contributions shall be credited to the designated city program account, and shall be made prior to the issuance of any building permit for the development.
