17-2-7: PERMIT REQUIRED:

No landowner or land operator shall receive any of the grading or other land development permits required for land disturbance activities impacting one or more acres without first meeting the requirements of this chapter prior to commencing the proposed activity. (Ord. 05-1110, 11-21-2005)
