16-1-4: APPLICABILITY OF PROVISIONS:
These regulations shall apply to all land to be subdivided within the city and within one and one-half (11/2) miles of the limits of the city, except to land divided into two (2) parcels, no part of which is dedicated to public use. (Ord., 12-5-1961; amd. 2001 Code)
