15-2-5: JURISDICTION; CONTIGUOUS UNINCORPORATED LAND:
The powers, limits, and duties established by this title may be exercised within the corporate limits of the city and within contiguous unincorporated territory not more than one and one-half (11/2) miles beyond the corporate limits of the city and in accordance with applicable state statutes. (Ord., 4-26-1978)
