The semiannual licensing fee for a residential property is twenty five dollars ($25.00) and the semiannual licensing fee for a commercial, business, or industrial property is fifty dollars ($50.00). If a property has both classes the higher rate will apply. (Ord. 13-0213, 2-19-2013)
