A. General: If payments of parking tickets are not made within fifteen (15) days, including the day the notice was issued, as provided, a warrant of arrest or notice to appear shall be issued and prosecution shall be in the same manner prescribed by law for the violation of any ordinance of the city.
B. Penalty: Any person violating this section shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) and not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). (Ord. 03-0605, 6-2-2003)
