A. Towing And Impoundment Of Vehicle: Any vehicle or vehicle registration having an outstanding or unpaid parking ticket(s) over thirty (30) days will be subject to towing and impoundment by the city.
B. Costs Of Towing And Impoundment To Owners: The owner of a vehicle towed and impounded by the city for an outstanding or unpaid parking ticket(s) shall be responsible for the cost of towing and impoundment.
C. Redemption Of Vehicle: Any vehicle towed and impounded by the city for nonpayment of an outstanding parking ticket(s) shall not be released until the vehicle's owner or operator pays, in full, all outstanding parking tickets, any current parking tickets, and the cost of towing and impoundment.
