A. Parking In Alleys: No person shall park a vehicle within an alley in such a manner or under such conditions as to leave available less than ten feet (10') of the width of the roadway for the free movement of vehicular traffic, and no person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle within an alley in such position as to block the driveway entrance to any abutting property.
B. Parking Vehicles For Sale; Peddling Merchandise: It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle upon any street for the purpose of displaying it for sale, or to park any vehicle upon any business street from which vehicle merchandise is peddled.
C. All Night Parking: No person shall park a vehicle on any street for a period of time longer than thirty (30) minutes between the hours of three o'clock (3:00) A.M. and five o'clock (5:00) A.M. of any day, except physicians on emergency calls.
D. Cab Stands; Bus Stands: No vehicle other than a licensed taxicab shall be parked in any area designated by ordinance as a cab stand, and no vehicle other than a bus shall be parked in a place so designated as a bus loading zone. (Ord., 9-17-1957)
