8-2-7: ANIMAL POUND:
The Jo Daviess County animal control department shall provide a dog or cat pound for the impoundment of all dogs or cats that are captured by the person or persons charged with the duty of enforcing this chapter. (Ord. 00-0915, 9-18-2000)
