2-3-6: OATH AND BOND:
Before entering upon the duties of this office, the City Clerk shall subscribe to the required oath and shall execute a bond and with such sureties as may be required by the City Council, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the duties of their office. The City shall pay the premium of the bond. (Ord. 09-0908, 9-8-2009; amd. Ord. 22-0325, 4-11-2022)
