2-3-5: DEPUTY CLERK:
The City Clerk may appoint, under the consent and approval of the City Council, a deputy who, in the absence of the Clerk, in case of sickness or otherwise, shall be empowered to perform all the duties of the City Clerk. (Ord., 1-18-1999; amd. Ord. 22-0325, 4-11-2022)
