6-1-9: BADGE REQUIRED; DAMAGING CITY PROPERTY:
Every police officer shall wear a suitable badge to be furnished by the city, and any officer who shall destroy the same or any other article issued to him by the city shall be required to pay the cost of replacing it. (Ord. 11-0706, 7-5-2011)
