6-1-6: ABSENCE FROM DUTY WITHOUT LEAVE:
Any unexplained absence from duty, without leave, by any member of the police department for one day shall be deemed and held to be a resignation by such member, and accepted as such. (Ord. 11-0706, 7-5-2011)
