5-1-3: PENALTY:

Any person violating this chapter shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each and every offense. Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed to be a separate offense. (Ord. 00-1127, 11-20-2000)
