4-1-7: RULES AND REGULATIONS:
The Volunteer Fire Department members shall make or prescribe such rules and regulations for the conduct and guidance of the members of the department. Such rules, when approved by the City Manager or City Council, shall be binding on the members. (Ord. 01-0206, 2-5-2001)
