4-1-6: SPECTATORS AT FIRE:
Spectators at fires or any emergency scene shall obey all the orders of the members of the Volunteer Fire Department on duty there with respect to keeping away from the scene of the fire or emergency response, or the handling of apparatus or interference with the apparatus of the department.
