4-1-1: DEPARTMENT CREATED:
There is hereby created the Volunteer Fire Department for the City. The Volunteer Fire Department, in addition to the Fire Chief, shall consist of such other members as may be provided, from time to time, by the Mayor and City Council. (Ord. 01-0206, 2-5-2001)
