§ 537.99  PENALTY.
   (a)   (Editor’s note: See § 501.99 for penalties applicable to any misdemeanor classification.)
   (b)   Any person violating any provision of § 537.22, with the exception of § 537.22(f), shall be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned not more than six months, or both. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
   (c)   Any person violating any provision of § 537.23, with the exception of § 537.23(f), shall be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned not more than six months, or both. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
   (d)   Whoever violates § 537.24 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
